There was a brief phone screen that mainly discussed what the position entailed. Then am invitation to a panel interview. I was interviewed by 5 different people at the Yale Child Study Center. They asked questions about organization, time management, in-home work practices. They asked about conflict management at the workplace and then i had a chance to ask them my questions, I cam prepared with about 4 questions and I think they appreciated my thorough thought process about the questions I asked.
