2 one hour technical interviews, including some coding so that they can see how you work through problems, as well as how you see the QA as a whole. Also asked data structures questions. After that, there will be 2 one hour interviews with the founders of the company. I thought that I did well in the technical interviews since I made it to the first interview with one of the founders but that was when things got odd. They looked at your entire background under a fine tooth comb. I find it interesting that the first one kept mentioning diversity but I have a suspicion that my potential disability is why they declined an offer. I did not make it to talk with the second founder. Founder appears ableist, as if the entire interview process isn't already. No reason was given for being passed up.
