After applying online for the job there was a phone screen followed by scheduling the first round of 2 interviews. The first round focused on technical and strategy knowledge as well as culture fit. The second round of interviews were with 2 principals at the company and I was asked to present work from previous projects as well as talk through many details about previous work. I was kept very well informed about the progress of the interviews and next steps throughout the entire process. X by 2 has a high standard for communication and openness about the process.
