After submitting the application, you get an interview. It was simple, just answer some basic culinary questions. Then they'll schedule you for a day to stage, like a trial. If you pass they'll call you again. It will take awhile. They you'll do the background l, drug test, submitting your health card, go to the union, and get your employee photot taken. On the day of your introduction, there's some group activities and tour of the property. Afterwards, the staff representative of your department will pick you up.
