Started from quite a detailed interview with the recruiter. Then (after 10 days) there was a general conversation with one of their full-stack developers and head of people. We discussed my experience, then I had a chance to ask some questions. The overall interview took about 30 min. Then it took them another week (after a 30 min interview!) to give feedback and then they gave a home assignment. The assignment was completed by me in about 10 days. Then, it took them another week to give feedback (quite positive) and schedule the final technical interview to discuss the assignment. The final discussion took about 1 hour. I went through my assignment code on github with some explanations. They asked some questions concerning the code and technical stack which I used. Finally I had a chance to ask questions from my side. The overall process took about 1.5 months. And after this final interview those guys just disappeared without any feedback. I consider this as total disrespect towards the candidate and can not recommend this company as an employer. The only positive moment about the hiring process was the recruiter from an outstaff HR company, who was always in contact and tried to help with any questions.
