The strangest interview I've ever sat through. Was interviewed on campus by an older woman, who was joined by a younger man from Wright-Patt who literally did not say one word during the entire interview. The interview barely lasted 20 minutes and not one question was remotely tailored to the position. For a "program manager" position handling a variety of large-scale, international programs oriented towards military personnel, you would have thought they'd be interested in talking about anything related to managing programs of any size, international experience, or military background. Nope. Really just seemed interested in whether I would be willing to move to Dayton.
