Was first contacted by phone and invited do to a test, the test was long and took me about 2 hours, i thought I wouldn't be called because of the personality questions, but they called. After that I went to 1 more interview and a one week workshop, afther that week I took a test and didnt pass. The overall experience, but the lack of feedback on why i didnt get the job, and the poor company policy: they said they would call, they didnt. The manager wasnt really a good person for the job in my opnion, too mandatory(dictatorial), the company seemed extremely bad managed
