Phone interview. Friendly, very detailed. We discussed everything from my previous experience and background to payments, benefits and accommodation details. At first they wanted to know if I had any experience in the area, and a little more about myself. They asked things related to personality, my ways of handling people and how I am around people from all over the world. Then we discussed items such as money, accommodation and the benefits we would get working with them.
