Phone interview with Ali Shashani – BI Architect and invited me for face to face interview with 3 people including Ali Shashani as well. The other two interview went well. When I interviewed with Ali , he wants me to design entire data structure with half an hour time which he designed within a month or so. I explained to him as per my understanding and got frustrated in between. I explained to him like loading the data in to different tables as per different subject area and he didn’t accept it . His idea of design is to load everything to one table. I asked about performance issue can occur if you load everything into one table especially you run expensive query for analytical purposes. Later I understand that Ali is very immature and lack of knowledge as a data architect . These kind of people are the real poison or curse to the IT Industry. He is safe as long as nobody get hired with more than his knowledge .
