When you apply for a job, you receive a confirmation email. However, if your application is rejected, you won't get a rejection notification; instead, you must log in to check your application's status. This process feels odd because there's no regular notification or update. I only found out by chance that my application was rejected. I believe this process could be improved, at the very least, by sending a rejection email.

Simple and clear. I had 2 interview with HR and Head of Department. Both of them lasted between 30 min and 1h. Unfortunately, I was not retained for the next interview.
