Submitted my resume through the website. It was skype interview for the screening then I was invited to on-site. It was challenging interview and some google style questions were given. Behavioral questions were also asked.

I don't have much more to say than what has been said. The interview was lengthy. Many phone interviews, long questionnaire, and on site. I gave a presentation that apparently no one was interested in or paid attention to since the questions that followed were answered directly in the presentation. Most of the interviewers talked about themselves or the company and had no interest in my background, except to insult it. (I've worked in aerospace my entire career and that isn't cutting edge enough). I walked out knowing I would never take a job there.
