A very very long process. I have been initially called by the recruiter and had a phone interview. After two weeks I had a phone interview for 45 minutes with the supervisor. After a month, they called me for an inperson full day interview where I had to give presentation on a technical topic for one hour. Other than that, there were 5 to 6 one-on-one interviews with the team. They asked everything from my technical, academic and work background as well as co-curriculars. Finally, after a month they again called me for an inperson formal meeting with the manager and couple of other members. At this point they told me that the team is quite happy with me and is satisfied with my skillset and abilities. Anyways, the last trip was more like an official visit rather than any technical interview. After a month they sent me a "Rejection" without giving any reason.
