Human resource consulting is an extremely niche area within consulting itself that has many competitors. The health and Benefits sector accounts for 90% of the company and Mercer is the top dog player, so it's only natural to want to be with the best. Aside from the obvious, Mercer also has the highest caliber of young business professionals and I want to surround myself with like-minded smart capable individuals who will challenge me in the workplace.
