Hey ! They do not pay for you to fly out to the interview , or pay for your hotel. The face to face great. I did pass it , and I am still in the process of going through the pre employment screening. They did a background check after I passed the face to face , and I am in the process of taking my drug test at the moment. The face to face was such a positive experience . Group activities , a presentation, and your one on one interview. They'll watch you the whole time so always stay smiling. They're looking for people confident talking in front of a group of people, but they are not looking for the loudest person in the room. You can tell the employees at Virgin love their jobs. There were about 8 employees there at the interview , along with two flight attendants who are there to answer any questions you may have for them!
