I applied through school recruitment and had an on campus interview. The interview was relaxed and more like a conversation. I thought the interview went really well, but I emailed my interviewer a thank you letter and he never responded.

I met them at a networking event and they liked my resume enough to interview me once instead of mulitple rounds. Mainly spoke to a senior and a few partners. Process was very easy and they were quick to give me a response.
