Multiple rounds in the same day. They take you to lunch and do a jobsite tour. Met with a bunch of different people and it was a really cool interactive experience.

How to handle differentiating options in the field
Mellow, questions relating to character and field experience along with prior experiences. similiar to other interviews i had for jobs in engineering snd construction. Overall, was a pleaseant experiences and wasnt too stressful.

They mostly are interested on how you are as a person. In my experience, the focus a lot on getting to know what I have done (nothing technical). The interview was pretty long but it was nice that they explained a lot about the company, etc.
