I had an interview with 3 members at a college career fair. The questions were very in depth and easy to talk about if you were honest about the skills you listed in your resume.

Comfortable interview, conversational and knowledgeable. You can learn a lot about the company and the employees from their interview process, you would be interviewing with 4-5 people back to back so they can get a feel for who you are.
