I was given a writing test before the first interview. There was a second writing test as part of the first interview, followed by a second interview. For the second interview, I was emailed a question in advance to think about. I was interviewed via Google Meet by two people. The process was very quick and efficient, it was just over a fortnight between my application and accepting the role.
