Recruiter screening -> marketing team/ peer screening -> hiring manager -> case study -> present with VP present -> co-founder Fast and responsive process, interesting product and mission. Everyone in the process was friendly and nice but seemed trapped in a tunnel vision that is their work and hustle. They also do not give you any time to ask them questions and often come to the meetings late. I was rejected at the last stage after meeting the founder for "not having enough technical opinion on the product", so be prepared to invest a lot in advance and know that it is one of those companies that the founder can and will veto everyone on the team at the last stage.
