To Hiring Manager Greetings from Umar Hello I'm Umar living in Kampala Uganda. I'm a lifeguard experienced person for over 3years I have the required skills as a lifeguard: Firefighting skills, Swimming skills ,Problem solving skills and Protection and Safety skills, First aid administering skills as well as good leadership skills. Step 1: Advertise the required job needed. Step 2: Resume screening. usually I screen and filter the CV's according to instructions I receive from the Technical office. Step 3: Phone interview. It will be made by the department supervisor or manager. Step 4: Face-to-face interview. The shortlisting CV 's we receive from the department, we prepare appointments for interview on phone or via email to be schedule for face-to-face interview. Step 5: Assessment. Step 6: Secondary face-to-face interview. Or 2nd interview, to be clear that he/she is fir for the position. Step 7: Job Shadow. To supervise the candidate under probation period. Step 8: Job Offer. Make sure the compensation plan offered is clear and unambiguous.
