The interview went well originally. I spoke with the owner via zoom for the first interview and then had a second in person interview. My third interview was with someone from a different company that focuses on finding talent for other companies. The third interview was a phone interview. The negative experience comes from having multiple interviews and following up, only to have them never follow up or respond to me after the third interview. After multiple interviews with different people, it would be nice to have someone follow up even if it is to let you know they have gone with a different candidate. This is what is respectful and should happen. They asked a lot of questions and I sent over many ideas for their company only to have them not follow up. I do wonder if they were looking for ideas from different candidates to implement without hiring.
