Extremely disappointing experience. The interview process extended for an astonishing 1 month and involved a staggering 7 rounds of interviews. Shockingly, despite this extensive process, the company ultimately decided to proceed with another candidate. This demonstrates a clear lack of organizational efficiency in properly evaluating and considering candidates. Regrettably, I cannot recommend Wendy's based on this experience.
