Applied online. Phone call within 4 days for interview. Interview scheduled for 2 business days later. Zoom interview. I had to be on camera, with 2 leaders. One did not have camera on, the other leaned into the camera with head down. Short and direct questions. Very "sterile" and dry conversation. I assumed it was an intimidation tactic.
