If your application gets traction, a recruiter (or Talent Acquisition) will often reach out to you for a short “pre-screen”: typically a quick call (~15–20 min) to check basic info, availability, certifications, and whether you meet the role’s requirements.  • For some positions, this might be straightforward — more of a “does your resume meet criteria?” than a deep-dive interview.

The interview process went very well. You interview with the manager of your required shift and they ask multiple questions pertaining to the job posted. They also go over all expectations in the interview.
