Was really focused on you as an individual and how you would fit on the team. Questions did ask about prior experience as well, but less on specific finance questions.
Well organised but relatively time consuming compared to others. Process was simple to follow and reasonable questions asked in the interview. Not as many industry specific questions in the first round, presume these will follow in latter stages of the interview process.
