I had a phone interview first. They then wrote me an email saying I could move on to the next phase which was an in-person interview. There I met with three different people I would potentially work with, along with the hiring manager. Afterwards, I had a writing test which included creating a graph on a powerpoint.

As varied as PR usually goes, interviews are usually dynamic and depends on the hiring manager/supervisor that assesses you. Answering honestly is probably the most important thing there is to it as the interview is where they place you into suitable teams.
