The process included several rounds, each focused on different areas, and followed a typical progression. The homework was thought-provoking. While the process did take several weeks, I appreciated the intentionality and also that as a growing organization the team has a lot to balance.

Disorganized, unresponsive, and drawn out. I was in their interview process for over 3 months and completed 3 interviews and a take home assignment. The team took over 10 days to respond to questions about the process and reschedule twice to push out an interview by a week each time. I didn't get the rejection email until a month after the last interview which at that point I had realized this was not a place worth working for. I highly recommend caution before wasting your time applying.
