The process was very smooth given the current pandemic. It started with CV screening. Post which the applicants were asked to do a short 1- way video. Those who were selected, were called on a group zoom call. A Q&A was sent to be completed after the interview. The final round was a one-one interview with the Management

An incredibly odd and dodgy interview process - I would recommend avoiding WAVE at all costs. As the above interviewee has stated the first stage involved 18 or so of us being asked to describe ourselves (or not as some people were missed out), and being vaguely told about a pyramid scheme. The interviewer then sent a questionnaire for us all to fill out but almost missed 3 people, the last one was dismissed as being rude and late which they were not. After the questionnaire, I followed up with an email inquiring about the second stage which I had progressed to (although I think most people did too). This was an interview with a few people, some candidates dropped out halfway through after feeling unsure and the interviewer telling them that they were wasting time by being here. I probed about salary and hours, Saturdays were expected to be worked (even with a mention of Sundays) and that your time was split between the field or Telecomms. Salary is based on your target performance - this is incredibly unstable and unfair in the times we are in, they did not advertise themselves properly whatsoever and are exploiting graduates. I then filled out another questionnaire filled with questions the interviewer should have asked me. I was then told I'd be given a recommendation but couldn't guarantee if I'd get through to the final stage. I then progressed to the final stage but I am not taking my application any further, it's a complete joke at this point. Please avoid this if you can, it's terrifying that companies like this still exist and if it wasn't for reading the other glassdoor reviews I may have naively taken this role.
