Applied online and later had a phone screen with a recruiter. Call was smooth and informative. Was ultimately ghosted with no communications at all after the call. Very unprofessional when I’d given my time and energy to the application as well as the call. Rejection is fine. Ghosting is not. Especially when every ATS system out there can send auto rejections. Do better, Waystar.
