Typically only made it through the HR. Because he did not read my resume even though he asked for a call, and realised I wasn't a fit for the job, while reading my resume during the call. Still allowed me to say my piece though, told me that there are other roles and will keep me posted but did not come back with anything since even though I did see relevant roles around.
