Entrevista
The initial meeting with the recruiter was great. However, subsequent interviews lacked personal interaction with the Wayfair culture. Wayfair uses a company name "Karat" to filter their candidates through technical interviews. This process does not give the interviewee any opportunity to assess Wayfair's team culture. The only people I cam in contact with were Karat employees. This always indicates that Wayfair is only concerned with technical acumen within a narrow domain rather than real broad experience software engineering and working people on the business and technical side.

Overall ok but the coding test environment is like a black box that you just can’t debug. If you solve by debugging, you’re doomed. LeetCode won’t really prepare you for this.

The 1st round was Coding round on Hacker rank, the question was to validate if given set of IP address or not.
The second question was on Task scheduling which was based on hashmap.
