Applied online, the first interview with HR and then the hiring manager. Really surprised when I came to the realization that the hiring manager knew less than I did about PCI. After mentioning several times that I had completed Service Provider Level 1 on many occasions she asked if I'd ever performed a Merchant Level 1, she obviously doesn't know PCI to ask that question. I guess the look of shock on my face discouraged her from giving me the opportunity. The hiring manager seemed to lack knowledge about InfoSec in general as well.
