The interview process was long, 5 interviews (increasing in time each one and more people), 1 "project" that was 3 projects in laying out a cookbook page, digital ads and signage. Every interview I had went great and they loved my work on the project, however I did not get the role and got no feedback besides loving my work. So I am unsure if they hired internally but would have been great to have actual feedback on reasoning.
