I applied online through a third party website that listed jobs in the durham area for a completely different position. I got a phone call within a few days to let me know that they had already filled the position for which I had applied, but they wanted to see if I'd be interested in the Group Coordinator position instead because of my background. We set up a face to face interview for the following week. I interviewed on a Friday with the manager, director of the department, and an HR representative separaretly, got an offer on the following monday, went to do my new hire paperwork and drug test that wednesday, and got the call to set up a start date that friday.
