Longer process, but good interviewers and they asked good relevant questions. Be aware, they rug pulled me. Gave a verbal offer then called me the next day to rescind due to "organizational changes". Incredibly unprofessional.

The interview process was unexpectedly brief and frustrating. During the call, the interviewer's primary concern seemed to be my current location (Pacific timezone), despite the job listing only mentioning a preference for Eastern/Central timezone. When I explained my willingness to relocate for the right opportunity, they immediately ended the discussion, suggesting I reapply after relocating. This experience raised serious questions: If location was such a hard requirement, why schedule an interview with me at all? My location was clearly stated on my resume, which makes me question whether they thoroughly reviewed my application before reaching out. The interaction felt like a waste of time for both parties that could have been easily avoided with proper resume screening. Companies should respect candidates' time by ensuring basic qualifications align before scheduling interviews.
