I was asked for an interview one month after applying for the role. The interview was with the entire HR team of six. It was unorganized with no set list of questions for interviewee. Due to the chaos, the meeting ended up lasting 2.5 hours. The interview did include a tour of the production facility. I was told they’d call to set up a second, shadow-style interview “because things went so great”. It’s been over two weeks of radio silence from them. I think it’s safe to assume: 1. They lied and it didn’t go great, and 2. I won’t be getting an offer. I’m disappointed they couldn’t bother to even send a rejection.
