The HR team pitched me into taking a role with WARC even though I applied for a role at WGSN (sister brand) they told me internal opportunities were thriving and implied i would be able to switch brands in time. This was not the case i found out once i was in the company. For an international brand the visa process was a complete nightmare and I ended up being out of pocket for my expenses.
