The interview process is thorough. When I was contacted by a recruiter she was very friendly and up front regarding the process. I personally found that they take their time and due diligence in interviewing refreshing. I have been with other companies in similar industries that would hire very quickly and without digging deep into the expectations and saw ridiculous amounts of turnover. By going through this process, it allows both sides to learn about one another and really know if they are fit.
