First round was behavioral + data analysis questions they want to see how you think through ambiguous problems, structure your approach, and communicate findings clearly. Questions were case-style, nothing too out of pocket. Second stage was a live coding exercise. Standard stuff — data manipulation, some logic problems. Clean environment, interviewers were collaborative rather than adversarial. Felt more like a working session than a gotcha exam. Overall: Super professional process. Interviewers were sharp but genuinely friendly. No trick questions, no unnecessary stress. One of the smoother interview loops I've been through. Would highly recommend applying.
