They handled the whole process with no professionalism and disregard for me as a human! It started when I was sent a message by the company after submitting an application on Indeed, which asked for my availability. I responded promptly and we agreed to a time. When I arrived, the woman I spoke to in messages was unavailable, so they had me fill out this form with information they already had from my initial application. I did so and sat there for about 15 minutes, completely ignored. Finally a man who I believe said he was a manager for their sales department said I'd gotten the job (with no interview?) and that I'd get a call from the recruiter I spoke to and HR the next day. It seemed too good to be true, because it was. I got no calls for the next two days. When I called them to check the status of things, they promised to get back to me before the end of the week. It was Wednesday so I waited until Friday before I AGAIN had to call THEM. They told me I would be called back promptly. I wait until MONDAY and call again. Now the lies are getting worse, they say she 'just stepped out for a moment and she'll call you right back'. I only wait an hour this time before calling again and asking to be sent straight to HR. The HR rep has no idea what I'm talking about, says there's nothing in the system for me, then HE says he'll call me back. During this time I messaged the woman on Indeed and expressed the hoops I'd already had to jump through while also asking what times worked for her. After waiting all that time and taking the initiative I get no call back and she says the position is filled!! The fact that I was told I could interview and they weren't there, was told I'd get a call and didn't, AND I was told I had the job but I didn't shows working there would've been miserable anyway. Complete lack of respect for my time and me as a person. Stay far away!! Tl;dr If you apply be prepared to immediately get offered an interview/position!.. before they ghost you and treat you as less than dirt.
