Relatively easy. Applied online and then went through with the in person interview. It was a seamless process and was the regular behavioral and situational interview. It is pretty self explanatory for a service job.

What would you do in a situation with a difficult customer?
Simple and quick, just asking for previous experience. All other questions were pretty much related to interpersonal communication, as well as a couple "would you be willing to cover other roles if needed"
Easy, they ask questions and expect genuine answers. Had 2 interviews and they went very well. I was asked about previous experience which I didn’t have but they were understanding of that
