I had to apply on line, then do an online interview, followed by a phone call interview , then 2 in person interviews. It was after the last in person I was offered the job.
Simple and quick, just asking for previous experience. All other questions were pretty much related to interpersonal communication, as well as a couple "would you be willing to cover other roles if needed"
Easy, they ask questions and expect genuine answers. Had 2 interviews and they went very well. I was asked about previous experience which I didn’t have but they were understanding of that
