There was a group interview at first where you had to work as a team to present an idea for an event to the interviewers, who were very friendly and I found it easy to bounce ideas off each other. It is clear that you should speak up as much as possible but also listen to your teammates ideas. There was then a 1 on 1 chat where you had to answer questions but it all felt relaxed and they weren't very hard.

Very straight forward 1-1 interview. Was very welcoming and put you at eas straight away. Straight forward questions as to why ypou would benefit the business. Found it a very good process
