Graduate recruitment process - online application, essay based questions, online aptitude tests, telephone interview, Assessment Centre including Competency Based Interview, Group Discussion and Role Play. The telephone interview looked at four basic competencies, relationships; problem solving; team work and then my commercial awareness. The Competency based interview in the AC also asked about team work, my achievements, etc; nothing too scary!
