Telephone interview to check experience and QandA questions from both sides, followed by 2 face to face interviews. The process has been a fairly long progress 3 months so far from application to 2nd interview. I am currently still waiting for a response 3 weeks after my last interview. Communication to emails has been pretty good within the process. But after the 2nd interview there has been no communication by HR. And even an email by me to check progress has not been replied to. I am totally shocked by the lack of communication irrespective of outcome. Considering this company specialise in employee benefits and employer branding etc. This isn't the behaviour I was expecting. So after spending a lot of time and effort. I have not received any news good or bad. No response to email comms. ....Nothing. And also notice all job boards have either taken down the advert or job is no longer available. From an intial positive experience, I totally regret applying for the role in the first place. If this is the way candidates are treated then hmmmmm......Terrible experience!!!
