The online interview was conducted in a panel of two rounds, each 30 minutes long, mainly involving behavioral questions: weakness and strengths, why compensation, why this position, and past experiences.

I applied for the position on their Willis Towers Watson career page in late January 2018. I received a HireVue invitation from a University Recruiter by the last week of February. The HireVue questions are pretty much standard to the other questions/interviews posted on Glassdoor. I would prepare for a question about your "three characteristics that make you stand out" and the example of using data to influence a decision/working with data. I completed the HireVue interview and a few days after (about 3-4 days), I received an invitation for an on-site interview.
The on-site interview took a while to schedule. It was scheduled in mid-March (probably 3 weeks after the HireVue). Airfare and hotel was paid for.
The on-site interview consisted of lunch with two analysts and another interview candidate, then six 1:1 interviews. The 1:1 interviews all assessed different areas. The majority of the interviewers assessed your academic background, work experience, relevant skills and interest in Willis Towers Watson.
There were two interviewers then asked me a lot of questions about Excel and how I use it in school/and or at my job. Definitely prepare for that. ALL the interviewers asked about your interest in compensation and why you're specifically interested in this field.
I did a final round with a director during the last week of March (Excel and general compensation questions) and received an offer during the end of the first week of April.
It was a very challenging interview overall, but with the right amount of preparation I think it's easy to shine. Nobody was trying to trick you or anything--it was more of an assessment of how you understand the analyst position deals/works with Excel or just general understanding of consulting. Questions below are mostly for the on-site.

Started with a video interview, which was not difficult. However, the superday was not easy at all. There was a lot of pressure and the interviewers were not very friendly.

Saw job ad on indeed, applied and got invited to hirevue. Seven questions on hirevue. Two games, first one for finding same shapes, second one for numerical calculation. You have a couple mins for the games. For the interview questions, one min preparation, three mins recording. You get automated analysis for your work style, strength and weakness. And wait for the next round.
