El proceso duró 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en WTW (Chicago, IL) en jun 2011
Entrevista
I met with four individuals from the company all varying in experience and rank. Everyone was very nice throughout all of my interviews. They didn't ask me any technical questions as I was told I would be taught anything that would require such knowledge. They were looking for a good fit, so this immediately relaxed the environment. They asked questions mostly regarding my work experience and college courses. Extracurricular activities was a big topic as well.
Several of the employees did mention that the company offers support for the CFA and graduate level courses. They want all of their employees to hold the CFA, so that was a great bonus to hear.
Overall, a great experience. Couldn't have met nicer people. I was not offered the position. They were looking for more experience in the field. Progression towards any series licenses or the CFA was heavily preferred.
You first must submit resume, then HireView, then Interview day with two 30min interviews, each with 2 people interviewing you, then final round 45min interview with a more senior employee.
