Casual, not structured as a "formal" interview, but more a feel for where you'd fit within the company. Interviewed with Operations Manager first, very successful and he immediately recommended me to interview with CEO. Had a more casual interview with her, she said she was excited for "next steps" and then they never reached out again, even after 3 follow up emails. A very misleading process.
