the interview was pretty striaght forward, no questions asked that I wasn't prepared for, the lady was very nice, pre-employment drug test required, the process was around a month, you shouldn't be too worried

The interview is done at the main corporate office in Wilmington. There will be other applicants, and you will be called individually to interview. Follow up interviews are conducted in local branches.
