Met with the head of music central. Pretty easy question, background and experience. Know the music, touring and streaming landscape going in. Be familiar with routing tours, ticket counts, rolling calls, etc.

Interview process was very straightforward. They asked about your interests, experience, education, and what you aspired to be. They also asked if you have a degree and a major university.

Are you able to multitask in a fast paced environment
It kick started when an agent referred me to HR. i had an initial phone call then in person interview with HR. They asked a few questions about the industry.

3 interviews, one with recruiter, one with 2 employees who work with assistances, and one with agent. 2nd one was technical/situational questions. Last one was more of a placement interview.
